Help bad axle on road trip through Pittsburgh PA.

Was on a trip from Columbus OH to grensburg PA to pickup some wheels on the highway 10 minutes into the drive home my car started making a really bad knocking noise (suspension). We pulled over checked all tires and suspension components and we think its the axle. Can't drive over 10mph or make any turns what so-ever without feeling a "pop" from the axle.

Obliviously can't can't drive home like this (4 hours). I'm on the side of the road in the beechwood PA area, lucky enough to pickup a wifi signal on my buddies laptop that has about 20minutes of battery left. Spent all my cash on hand to pickup the wheels I just put gas in the car and only have about $20 bucks in my pocket until tomorrow around 3pm (payday) will have no problem paypaling or transferring money to anyone who could help get me back on the road.

Ha...so not to bust his balls or anything...but i drive out there to him, and check out his car...and it was loose lug nuts. wooo!!


you cant blame him for thinking the worst, and he is damn brave to drive a DSM thats in need of a little work as far as he did...i would of most likely overlooked something simple as well if i had an issue happen 4 hours from home!!
