the heat sheilds rattling. do i just need to bolt it back up or what?

INCASE he is not kidding If the bolts are loose or something like that then just tighten them back up. But most likely one is broke or something along those lines. In which you can just take them off, get new ones, JB weld it back together or deal with it

whats a wrench? the thigy with 2 open or closed ends? i no what a wrench is. i just wanted to make sure if i should repair it or take it off. thats all.
