Hey... I have ja headlight thats out and have narrowed the problem down to being the harness. Now instead of replacing the harness completly could I just cut it down and replace it with normal ground wire? Or is there something special I need to do? What would be hthe best route to go with something like this?(if you say replace the harness, where can I go for one??)

thanks alot

Here is a page that may help you.

That site is no help actually. The re-wire they suggest is already how 2G Eclipses and Talons come wired from the factory. There are already relays under the hood to supply full power to the headlights and fog lights.

2G lights are a little different in that both the low and high beams are supplied power through the headlight relay anytime the switch is on. The high beams only work once a ground path is completed through the stalk switch in the car.

This is a simplified version of how the 2G headlights are wired.
