Hatch seals?

Where can I get a hatch seal? The one that goes around the perimeter of the hatch opening on the car. Mine is actually separating in the back and letting water into the trunk area.

Also, the grommet/seal/whatever that plugs up the wiper arm on my spoiler is cracked... any insight on this item or what the actual name of it is, so I may search for more info?
