Hard time starting from cold starts

I'm still having this minor yet annoying problem I can't figure out. On cold starts if I crank the car with my foot completely off the gas it will start go to about 900-1000 rpms then die. If I give it some gas and hold the engine at 1500-2000 rpms for a few seconds it will hold idle perfectly at 1000. No other problems with the car. It drives perfectly find once I get going holds idle fine everytime, no surging, boost to 30psi + no problems. I am using a 1g TB with the FIAV valve turned all the way close. ISC tested good, no vacuum/boost leaks. Fuel pressure is good , timing is good, coolant temp sensor is good, MAF as far as I know is good, I just cannot figure out the problem. I can post a log of me trying to start if needed. It could possibly be I am using Idle Air clamp adjustment in Link and it is set up slightly wrong but I'm not sure. Any ideas would help. Thanks
