Specially with snow and at times rain...

Rear end just sways bad (thinking its the lower control arm bushings) because any hole you hit small or minimal you hear a banging sound in the rear.

I just replaced all the struts last year with monroe sensatrack.

Also at times the front end seems to sway and the drivers side tire when lifted up has wiggles a little easy left to right (you can tell something is worn) anybody got any ideas on this either? Thanks.

The wiggle would indicate a bad inner or outer tie rod end if there is only left and right movement and no up and down movement. Worn suspension bushings, ball joints, possible broken springs could all effect your handling. Have you ever had the vehicle aligned of late?

When I did the struts I replaced all the ball joints on the front end, you can hear when you hit any little hole on the front too sounds like something is loose / worn, so maybe it is a tie rod end, have to check into this soon..

If you did front ball joint you presumably changed the arms themselves, so we can rule out rotted bushings.

Jack the offending wheel up off the ground; place a finger across the edge of the brake rotor at the same time touching either the dust cover or the caliper. Wiggle the wheel. If you feel any movement of the rotor relative to the dust cover/caliper, you wheel bearing is shot. Repeat for all 4 wheels.

Check your rear toe - if it has shifted to toe out that will get the rear end moving around in low grip situations, particularly so under braking. Most likely the toe links will have seized (they always do), so you'll need a Sawzall or 10" angle grinder to cut them off.
