GTR(R33) TRust FMIC, 1G install

Posting more pictures on the install.
got alot and i mean alot of e-mails about the piping and FMIC, guess I need to put up a vfaq on it. well alot of the questions are on the lower pipe. maybe these pics give you a better idea of how to run it.

coming off the turbo is a j-pipe going into a 90 elbow. then a straight pipe that goes down and back at a slight angle. It is nearly butted up aginst the oil cooler(not the oilfilter). then once the frame is cleared make the turn as tight as you can. it helps that the R33 FMIC has angled endtakes.

At first it was, but now I'm running 2-12" high flow fans, of which one is hardwired on(cockpit switch). Hi performance(300%^over stock) water pump, super-thermal t-stat, 1.4 bar cap, so she runs 185-190 in the summer.

Yup, those would work. Mine is basically the same just and aftermarked unit. I know the R32 and R33 are identical for sure, not so sure about the R34 somebody was selling. But cannot be to much different. But I did read those were being sold from Japan so you would have to pay $65 dollars shipping. thats the first I have seen of them on e-bay. hopefully they become more common in the states. cause that is what almost every FMIC kit uses in japan.

I dont doubt your putting down more than stock hp with a compression raise and your mods, but on 90-91s if you have ABS you couldnt get a LSD rear diff so maybe thats part of why you break loose easier, your only putting down that power to one rear wheel. I got the info about the ABS equipped cars getting no rear LSD from the MachV websight.

I did not know that! That explains alot. I guess I need to add a new item to my schedule of items to install and uninstall. thanks for the info
