Cliffnotes: driving to school, got destroyed by a built to shit wrx, feels like a stupid weiner head now.
Was on my way to school this morning when I passed a wrx going up a hill. It was dark blue big exhaust, nice wheels and lots of stickers and a clean full body decal, kinda bounced across the top of the pavement so he must of had a pretty stiff suspension set up. Any way he passed me earlier but then got caught at another light so I saw him again. We were going up a pretty steep hill and I always drop a gear and jam up the hill so i dont waste a bunch of time on it. I passed him going up the hill and he didn't seem to mind. At the top of the hill we are sitting at a light when i look over and he has a dash mounted boost controller, all the pillar gauges, full roll cage, pillar fire extiguisher and the thing has a nasty growl to boot. Light turns green and I am off figuring he didn't care a second ago he probly is not interested in any of my stock eclipse, low and behold, from a few paces behind me I hear some thing nasty start brewin, some sort of loud screaching howling sound coming from under his hood even drowning out the sound of his exhaust, when I see him pass by me with about 20 mph on me and when he shifted it sounded like a freakin mac truck letting off the break pedal. He ran through first and second and had 3 to 4 bus leangths on me and then let off. I never saw him again after that. Is it natural to feel ashamed after an encounter like this? I feel my ego has been brutally assukted and I need some thing to cheer me up. As soon as I am done writing this think I will go find some civics to pick on or some thing. I pressed the pedal again to make sure i didn't run out of gas, or if the turbo didn't fall off, or if the thing was even running. To my dismay it turned out my car was just slow.
