Well long story short I was trying to soften the adjustment on the bov and the screw and nut went into the engine bay. I found it by when I tried to get it it went under a metal plate and I can't see it now and my magnetic wand isnt catching it. Is it possible to just get a screw from a home depot or something and put that in, and does anyone know the correct size? Also will I have to retap it?

You should be able to measure the threads and take it into a bolt and fastener store and get the correct size so you wont have to tap it.

ok thanks. Just got the bov yesterday and then this happens LOL. The bolt is between the motor mount and the metal plate that it is bolted to that is below the battery :notgood:

I hate when stuff falls in somewhere you cant get it.

If you take the BOV in to a Fastenal (place that specializes in bolts and whatnot) they can measure the threads for you and hook you up.
