What's the most I should pay for a 92-94 DSM? I'm going to be looking for one soon and I need to know how much I'm going to need to save.

Also how's the insurance on Turbo DSM's? I have an awful driving record, Wreckless Op, I got in a wreck which resulted in unsafe following distance and something else...

Anybody know how long it takes to get tickets off your record? Or can I take a class or something to get these off because my insurance is KILLING me.

Try kbb.com that will give you the blue-book high and low prices the difference between them is always subjective. You have to look at the specifics of the particular vehicle... I/E milage, brakes, rebuilds, recalls performed, etc... As far as insurance, first thing is your age, if you are under 25 then your rates are generally higher. Second your driving record...um, you're screwed there, I don't know the exact law in Ohio but insurance companies do not like to insure accident-prone speeders. I'm over 25 with a clean driving record, I pay about $700.00 a year, you can try to guess from there, but expect to pay more than $1000.00 a year guaranteed. Good Luck!

I dont know how long it takes to get ur Record clean. BUT I wouldnt buy a Turbo car if you cant afford it comfortably. How long has it been since ur last ticket???????

It's been over a year and a half. The insurance won't be too much of a problem because I'm getting a fairly decent job. But the insurance will still be pretty high I'm guessing. My old car which was a 96 dodge avenger, I had full coverage and was paying 300 dollars a month.

I was reading online that Traffic School can reduce insurance and you can get tickets taken off of your record. Is this true?

I only paid $450 for my 92 laser with 89k. It just needed a T-case. So I got $560 in to it total, and its perfect now. :thumb:
