Golden Gardens Park dsm meet

can't wait for next sunday so who else is all going to meet up at the marysville walmart so i have an idea of what car to look for while there. is there even enough parking at golden gardens for 100+ cars? or will we make parking

Well I was looking at the available space at GG. I counted somewhere in the 150 range in North parking area minus the overflow. The south area has some more parking but it's less than the north and it's full of boat trailers. If the weather's nice it's gonna be packed, about half capacity. If we could commandeer the overflow we would be set. Maybe make a night op to "arrange" things Here's some picts.

On the north end of the park there is an overflow parking area on the other side of the tracks. But I remember that area be closed off by gates (below) I know I've parked in this area before, but I have no idea why this area is closed. Maybe I'll do some recon tomorrow morning after work and see if it's open.

how many people are you expecting to meet in lynnwood? i dont think les schwab is going to be the best location. 1) there is just not enough room 2) taking that left across 196th when we leave is damn near impossible to do as a group. I would suggest a larger parking lot with easier access to the freeway. like the lynnwood convention center parking lot just right up the street at 196th and 36th. Also we can all leave as a group and we have lights to go on so we won't get completely seperated. there is so much parking there and if we are expecting those guys from canada and all the north-end guys were going to need it.

my finals are all of next week except for monday i have two finals what im doing right now as a (take home final) so i got 3 out of my 6 finals i have to do. my 3rd one was some music project for History but yeah. im still going to the meet. see everyone in t-minus 3 days
