When I bought my car, 2nd and 4th ground. A few days later R started grinding, and today, 1st starting griding. :(

What can I do about this? And what makes this happen?

most likely you either a)need a clutch or something or
b) you need a trans

check your throwout bearing, check the clutch, check your master cylinder and make sure its still good. make sure your whole clutch system is still good then look at the tranny

also check the play on your clutch pedal. is it engaugeing near the end of the stroke on the pedal. If so adjust it so it engauges near the middle of the stroke. also try bleading the clutch system.

If its not that syncros are going dead and tranny rebuild is in your near future
