ok im finally starting to get towards the end of my talon project i think ..... i just need som oppinions on side skirts...... i have the 97 talon front and unfourtionatly i am stuck with using the blitz rear i was wondering if any 1 had any ideas on side skirts.... i was thinkin maybe stock but i dont know how it would look..... any pics or ideas are greatly appreciated thanks

Please explain why you are stuck with the blitz rear. NO sideskirt would make the stock front match the blitz rear as the blitz is too low. Your options are to get low side skirts and maybe a lip to make the front of the car look lower, or get normal length skirts and have the back look stupid.

PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR PROFILE! THANK YOU!

Please clarify. You said that you "have the 97 talon front" in the first post. Now you say that you "already got rid of the talon bumper" Does this mean you got rid of the REAR bumper and still have th front:confused: If so, just look for another one or do an eclipse rear end conversion with some aftermarket tails (your N/T so I don't think you're going for a 12 sec. car but that is just me assuming).

What does this mean "i never revieved sides i ordered 3 months ago off ebay"

Whatever money you lost on ebay, you can regain some of it on ebay as well.

Do you mean that the blitz is actually higher in the back than the stock front end? Never seen a blitz rear like that, they all have those flap things in the side that make them lower like this:

I'm trying to give you advice but I don't fully understand. And your right, I don't think there is a front lip for the talon.

im sorry again for the rushed posts its snowin like crazy and my dad just gave me a deadline of april 1st to have my care done....

yes i still have the talon front......i sold the rear

and i was trying to say i never recived the sides i ordered off ebay

and as to the blitz being lower..... some maybe but its a vis blitz rear and with that and the 98 talon front both on the car from the side they look even and i measured it .... the lowest point on the blitz is about 1/2" higher up than the 98 talon bumper

thanks kurt. :talon:

hmmm cheap internet bumpers that dont fit.... ill buy them from you, pm me.

As for your problem, have you looked at the combat sideskirts or blitz low side skirts? i got an extra set of low blitz. (pm me if interested) even the buddy club 2 ones would probably work.
