General suspension question

My rear driver side coilover is shot and i need a new one right away. I can find older talons being parted out but i have not been able to find the same model as mine which is a 1996 eagle talon esi. Can i use suspension parts from any other model of car for a temp fix until i can afford to buy a new part? If so what types of cars would i be able to use?

Suspension is the same from 95 to 99 eclipse or talon ive used suspension from my fwd in my awd in a pinch without a problem also.

You can use the suspension components from any 2g. The rear is a little different for the AWD models but that doesn't appear to be an issue for you.

Thanks for the info although i sucked it up and went out and bought some Tokico adjustable shocks with some megan racing springs and it works great
