Ok so I got my engine swap done and when I went to move the car I get a funny noise coming from under it. Only when the car moves does it make this sound. Im assuming the drive shaft is clanging the exhaust. Anyone have suggestions on how to adjust the exhaust so it wont touch the drive shaft? The noise also gets louder when the car goes faster too. I am running a full 3' turbo back too if that helps.

1) You should be able to jack up your car and see if your exhaust is hitting your driveshaft.

2) Did you bolt the bearing bracket on the driver's side front axle back onto the block? There are two 14mm bolts that secure the axle bearing to the motor. If this is off, the axle can "jump rope".

3) Check clearance of your front drivetrane. If you jack up the front of the car, you can turn the axles by hand and see if they hit anything. The spring will extend, so the sound may not occur.

4) If the car makes the sound at very slow speeds, have someone walk along side to see where the sound is coming from (front, middle rear, left, right, etc.).
