Hey guys im trying to get my fuel trims set. Im also having problems getting airflow per rev at .28
I have read alot but could use some help.

Im getting the car tuned tomorrow so Im trying to get some things worked out.

This is on my 2g. It has fic 1000cc afpr agp l3r fmic external gate link arp headstuds exhaust.

I would take away one or two more percent on the 50hz slider. Then up the 150-400hz sliders a few percent.

Airflow/rev will change mainly with a change in the amount of unmetered air entering the intake manifold(side of valve cover being vented). It will also change with engine displacement. It will also change with ignition timing since a change in ignition timing will change the engine's efficiency. Retarding timing will cause a reduction in the amount of power from a given amount of air. Cam timing will affect things slightly too.
 
So is it not hurting anything being lower (airflow per rev)
 
It could be. If the timing is off for example it could be hurting performance.
 
I will try to check base timing tomorrow.


Edit: I just was thinking about timing and I dont think it can be changed on a 99
