Spyder Fuel Tank Location on 99 GS Spyder?

Sup Guys,

I'm preparing to mount an amp underneath where the convertible top folds down, behind the cross bars. However, I'm a little uncertain as to the location of my fuel tank and don't want to take a chance drilling a hole into it. Can I have some spyder owners confirm the location of the fuel tank please?

Same tank as other 2g fwd. It looks like it extends into that area. Be careful.

At this point i'm thinking about just velcroing the sucker down.

I mounted a water injection pump under my spare by mounting the pump to a piece of sheet metal and sticking it into about half a tube of silicone caulk. No holes/rust to worry about, it kind of bridged the uneven surface, and has kind of a shock resistant effect.
