fuel pump problem

ok im trying to free the hard lines on the fuel pump sender and using alot of oil penetrant and nothing...would it be easier to cut the line and replace it with a rubbler fuel line or keep at it?

It is very hard to get those line apart have in the past just used visegrips on the hard line and a normal wrench on the soft line and a lot of muscle to get that loose and then put some anti sieze apon reassembly
