fuel not burning, motor is shaking help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok guys i have a 95 gsx that i just installing my apexi cat back and downpipe. when i installed my cat back i accedently ripped out the o2 sensor out of the female plug. i thought to myself i will hardwire it back in later. so test drove the car around without the o2 sensor wired in. it drove fine without a CEL. felt the diffrence with the mods. i felt the power. so then i parked back in my drive way to hardwire the o2 sens. i took out the drivers seat. and there it was the male and female plug. one side had the male plug with the yellow,red,white,black and the female plug with nothin in it because thats were it was ripped out from. ok so i got ready to hardwire and i cut the yellow red white and black all at the same time while the car was on. as soon as i cut them the car just idled at 200 rpm, the car felt like one of the upper intercooler piping pop off. the motor was shaky. i quickly wired all the colors back together. it didnt do anything to it. i took 02 sen. of my 96 gst and still did the same. the car smell so rich and in 15 minutes it waisted 1/4 tank of gas. its crazy. when i rev it some white smoke comes out of the exhaust and then the car dies. i turn it back on and still idling at 200 rpm and runnig rich. i check for boost leaks, hoses, oil,spark plugs,coolant everthing was good. i cant figure it out!!!!!

also i forgot to add that the radiator fans are always on. when the car is on. this also happened after i cut those 02 wires.

thanks 4 da help . but i found the problem myself. it was the ecu. i put my gst ecu and everthing was working fine. but i wonder what i can do to fix the original ecu
