Ok so i've been reading up on fuel cut the last couple days cause i think,or thought, that was my issue. 1st gear pulls fine all the way through, but in the higher gears i get a pretty violent 'buck/bucking' depending on how hard im on the throttle, if i give it 80% or so i can get a smooth boost all the way but i can't hammer on it or i get this buck. I don't think its's a boost leak, turbo spools fine, no weird noises, and im not sure it's boost creep cause my boost gauge never reads more than 14psi before this happens (at which point it fluxuates and flutters in between 11-14psi) It only happens around 4500-5500rms give or take. The other thing i think it could be from reading is no spark or a problom with the ignition? I am running an evoIII turbo,1gBOV,stock fuel pump.

I've been told re-wiring the fuel pump could help with this and with more mods coming it's probably a good idea anyways, what exactly does re-wiring the fuel pump do, just makes it operate faster for more lph? My goal is to put 350 to the ground (some day) so maybe i should be looking at a walbro 255lph anyways?

Any help would be great, thanks

did you put and of those upgrades without tunning it? i know for my evo my MAF is super sensitive. i had it tuned and everything but i put on hard piping and a alot bigger intercooler and havent had it re tuned do to upgrading alot more things in the spring and i just want one big tune, but anyways any time it gets colder than 50 degrees i get fuel cut... too much cold dense air i suppose. and i would get fuel cut when i mashed on it but i wouldn't if i had about 80 percent throttle, just like you were saying. maybe try getting a boost controller, since it kinda is a good idea anyways and a great investment and trying turning boost down and mashing on it and see if you still get fuel cut, or even if you would like go to a reputable shop and get it tuned properly. than again the fuel pump could be the problem as well. especially if your trying to make 350 just get it anyways now, you can get them for about 100 bucks. hopefully that helps...
