So somehow condesation got around my spark plug boot and froze it to the spark plug/head. What I was wondering was if it would be safe to put something like windschield washer fluid in there to break up the ice.
 
Tore the boot trying to pull the wire out.
 
Already did that. My main problem isn't the torn boot, it's the part of the boot that is still frozen to the plug/head.
