I removed the Oil Squirters and Balance Shafts during the buildup of my 2.3 6 bolt. I've seen old posts in another forum where people were complaining about too much oil pressure and leaks at the bottom of the front case with the removal of the oil squirters. Their advice was to modify the front case to try to lower the pressure and prevent leaks. My issue is WHERE and HOW exactly should I modify the case to help minimize the possiblity of a leaking front case? Any and all help is appreciated.

No the oil filter housing. The pressure bypass relief port needs to be enlarged. You'll see a bolt on the housing, take it out, remove the spring, remove the plunger, enlarge the hold that faces the front side of the motor. Done.
