Anybody have a pic of the front case that shows where the bolts go? Specifically the main bolts that attach it to the block without anything else on the block yet. I've got 5 bolts. Four of them are the same length. One is shorter. This shorter one is the one thats got me puzzled a bit.

I've got Haynes and Chiltons and they dont help... much. So whats the best way to determine which bolts go where?

I need to be 100% sure before I torque this down.

Im looking at mine right now and they seem as though they should all be the same length. I am assuming you are talking about the 3 that go around the front bs and then the 2 that are located next to the oil pump, right?

Yeah! Help me out please! Gots pics? One of mine is pretty short and I dont feel too hot about it. The machine shop took the front case off because I didnt have time to do it and I dont know what the heck they did!

Near the bs there are three holes but one of them is in an elevated tube. Then there are the two near the oil pump. I can't fit on in that tubed hole near the bs. Let me see if I can find a pic to chop to explain better.

I need to grab my old front case out of the shed and compare then now. I think that "satan" might have sold me the wrong part.

The red is where the bolts appear to go. The blue arrow indicates where there is a raised bolt hole that needs extra long threads to reach the block. Is this what you have?
