Foggy headlights! ARG!!

Does anyone out there know how I can get rid of the foggyness in my headlights. I have tried everything I know of. Even Bug -n- Tar Remover. I'm about to go nuts b/c foggy head lights look like crap when you have a body kit and everything looks good...UNTIL you get to the headlights. So someone please help!

well search for wet sanding headlight. someone has a step by step process of wetsanding your headlight to clear it up. i don't konw the steps off hand, so just search. something that will help some is some mequires plastx cleaner. it comes in a little package at autozone for .99 cents. it works pretty good, but it didn't get it all out of mine.

There's also a new pair of headlights out there on ebay for us 1gb guys. No clue how they look yet cuz nobody has em yet, but they'd be new and clear at least.

i just used this "meguiars scratchX" on my cousins 96, just for shits and giggles to see if it would work. well to my amazment, it worked wonders and his drivers headlight is now just as clear as my 97 projectors.

I work at a lube shop and we just use regular car wax and it cleans it up pretty well. If you use anything abrasive you have defeated the purpose and might aswell by new lenses.

The above recommendation works well, too.
