So when i bought my 2nd DSM, The owner before me tried wiring in some stupid aftermarket fog lights.. Apparently they worked at one point..
And He said he had both in.. Well when i bought the car, it only had the passenger one in; And to say the least.. It's Rigged..

And heres where the two wires come out of ..

Now how do i get this fog light to work? i wanna get this one to turn on so i can wire in some OEM fog lights ...

Yes one is ground and one is positive. Not sure what the 2g wire color codes are but the stock fog light wires should be in the nest of wires there somewhere. He probably hooked them up to the original wires. If neither are turning on it could be a fuse

Yeah, if you have a book or look online you should find the color codes for those wires. If you have too much trouble you can run new wires all the way to the OEM switch.

I have nothing to do at the moment so I looked up the wire codes from the DSM cd manual

Fuse 5 in the engine compartment is the fog light fuse, but it's also the tail lights and head lights so if they work, your golden

The wire color for power on the fog lights are R-W (red with a white stripe).

so when i open that bundle.. i should see a red/white wire? and i take that wire and run it down to my fogs and connect to my positive on the fog light.. then use a ground off the fog light and run it to metal?

My "Generic" way of putting it? ^^?

No, you don't run the negative to go to metal. There should also be a negative in that bundle. A negative is not the same thing as a Ground.

Ahh forgive me, It says Red-Green. The Red-White is before the relay. You could also use a volt meter or test light to find what wire has power WHEN the fog light switch is on (I believe the headlights need to be on also) and then no power when the lights are off.

Negative would be the black wire. It's a light bulb, you can ground it to metal. In the schematic it shows the wire going stright to ground. I'm sure there's a wire in there somewhere tho.
