Yup...you are right! ABS stands for Antilocking Braking System. The reason the site asks if you have ABS or not is because the piping needs to go around the large mess of brake lines and the actual ABS system that DSM's use. If you don't have ABS, there is alot more room for the intercooler pipes to run. My buddy has ABS and we are looking at getting rid of it. Save weight and have fully locked brakes for racing:)

Thanks!! How do you give rep points by the way?

If you look to the left of the post you want to give rep points for, you will see a small pic of a counter balance scale. Click on that to give the poster rep points. The amount of points you give is determined by your personal rep point score. The more points you have, the more it gives others.

If you look near the top of the page, there will be a link that says Forum FAQ, there is a much larger description here as well as other forum related questions.

Even if it's a short route kit it would still hit the ABS unit? I only see 5 pieces in that kit I guess it's based on end tanks facing the firewall?

I always say you get what you pay for. I dont like going cheap routes because I usually run into problems afterwards. If I were you I would save up and get a good proven front mount kit.

Thanks Daren! I have been on here using the search function while building my car this winter. I haven't needed to post any questions as they ALL have been answered before. Now, I have advanced questions and can't post there so, here I am earning some points so I can do so. I have gained alot of knowlege, some the hard way:) Now I thought I would start helping out.
