Ive tried the search option and came up with nothing so my question is: Has any one tried using flowmasters exhaust system for the 1G N/T's? It basicly the rear exhaust section from the resonator back. My only other option is pacesetter but ive heard bad remarks about. The part number is FLO-17333 and its an american thunder series muffler. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

1st off sorry about the mispelled topic title::( but ive just decided to have an exhaust built from some friends that i met at a local meet. I bought a Ractive muffler and resonator and the shop is going to charge me 250.00 to bend and install the piping and add a flex section to my header. So for my next question is this a reasonable price seeing how I already have the muffler and resonator? Also the piping is going to be 2.25" diameter.

That sounds good to me. I was going to suggest if you want to spend the money, get the Greddy SP2 and have the section from the header to the cat-back custom made to fit it. It's a pricier option but you'll have a high quality exhaust on your car.

Thanks for the advice:thumb: I can always upgrade the muffler at a later time if i feel the need.

Exactly. I'm saving up for my SP2 right now, I don't want to go the custom route again even though it looked fine. All I'll have to do is have about 12" made to attach the header to the cat-back section, and I'll have a good looking and sounding exhaust on my car.
But for the cost you can't beat what youre doing!
