I want to see if anyone has had this problem. I can't figure it out...

When I'm driving on the freeway or just city driving my battery and parking (e-brake) light flicker on simultaneously. Whenever they flicker the lights dim with it. Most of the time it's a really fast pace flickering, as if they're blinking.

95% of the time its the alternator, with the other 5% being dead(as in, wont hold charge anymore/old) battery or crappy battery connections.

ive always had a slight flicker of EVERYTHING right before a alt totally killed itself. like a very faint pulsation of the headlights and dashboard lights, and slight change in the walbro's tune to go along with it. changed out alts, and it went back to normal. but like a week before it would die again, id get this symptom again, which told me its time for a new alt.

Hm, that's strange because I changed out the alternator like 3 months ago. Could a bad battery be the cause of it, you think?

I actually have the same problem as well. Only my bat light and brake light remain on. I have the HID setup as well which also flicks too. I changed my alt. like about 2 months ago and its still doing the same thing. I took it to get tested on a heavy load test, they told me it was fine. what can be the problem? Bad battery?

My lights flickered bad too, tested the alternator and it was dead. If you tested it and it came out good, i would stay you need to start looking at your grounds. Make sure they are all connected and making a good ground.

i honestly do not know where to start for my grounds. So if u have any clues, let me know cause this situation is bad. its to the point where i put my turn signal on, my 255 pump even hums loud and soft as well as my bat. light.
