Hi everyone, I need a little help with my fuel return setup....
I replumbed my fuel system with -8 SS braided line from the fuel filter back to the hard fuel return line (using an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator to regulate pressure).
My problem is, all I can do right now is put a fuel line clamp around the SS braided line that goes over the hard return line to hold it in place. Well, this setup works fine, but after 750 miles or so, the clamp / line moves around enough to create a leak where the hard return line and the SS braided line meet.
The result is that I then have fuel spraying all over the intake manifold / firewall area, which is obviously a safety hazard, as well as reducing fuel economy and screwing with my tuning!
Just wondering if anyone knew of a fitting that exists that could be placed over the hard return line that I can fit to the -8 stainless steel braided line to solve my problems, or any other solution you guys can think of....thanks!
