its a 95 TSI AWD (AUTOMATIC)

i tired to post this in a more approiate place (ie the automatic transmission section) but the low post count thing said otherwise.

anyhow,

i ran a whooping 16.5 at around 86 MPH

from what ive read i dont believe that im "up to par".

i was running a 1/4 of gas, i had some misc. articles in the car. I think i need a good boost gauge to see what is going on. from what i can tell the t25 is dead. lots of oil in the intake track. i have a small 16g but it needs rebuilt before i can use it.

so thoughts on improving this?

Have you done all the regular maintenence on your car? also small things like new plugs, wires, new air filter....random things make a whole lot of difference. Also if you still have all of your emissions hooked up to your intake then you will have oil in there. THe best place to look is in your licp, for oil. Also you can check for shaftplay by whobbling the compressor fin just inside the inlit and if it moves side to side a lot you probably need a new turbo.

from the previous owner there is a new K&N filter, i have done plugs along with other things that were bad like both front axles, some ball joints, the alternator ( which is still being retarded at low rpms) and still need to replace all four dampers.

I based the oil from the turbo on the fact i have to add a quart of oil every 1,500 miles or so....and i can basically pour it out the lower charge pipe...LOL. quality.

anyhow, if i do to the 16g will i have to do anything else supporting wise? mind you this is my daily driven car, and i have a few other project vechiles to do the "going fast" with.

You might want to do a compression test.....Could be the excess oil is due to blow-by at the rings.
