fender problem please help!

on day I was gettin in my 92 talon when somehow my door caught my fender I have seen many like this but when I tryed to adjust the fender I noticed no adjustments can be made. If anyone has had or fixed this problem some help would be appriciated

From what I've read, the problem is most likely sagging door hinges. Some remedies I've seen are:

1. Replace the door hinges with new ones.

2. Loosen the bolts holding the fender on and pull the fender as far forward as possible, hopefully making enough clearance for the door again.

or if you really want to adjust hte fender, waller out the holes a lil bit with a dremel and it will allow you to move it the fraction of an inch that you need to.
