Feels like losing power, gringing 3rd

Aiight heres what's going on... my car feels like it's lost power. My boost is set at 15.5 PSI and is still showing that on my boost gauge but it doesn't feel like it. I'm also grinding in 3rd. I already checked for a boost leak (which I don't have) and I plan on doing my gear fluid change as soon as I find some Pennzoil Syncromesh or BG Synchroshift. Any one have any ideas as to what else it can be?

how did you check for boost leaks?
check the plugs, wires, general ignition system...
clean the throttle body, maybe the car is knocking and pulling timing as well, it would definitely slow you down.
start with the basics first though, plugs and wires are often the culprits of sudden power lose.
