i've got two real quick questions that a few minutes of searching didnt really answer.

first, i pulled my radiator when i installed a 16g and ever since i've had overheating problems. i've flushed the system, replaced all the old water lines, etc...pretty much everything short of checking the t-stat because i replaced it not to long ago. anyways, my logger reads about 219-226 both at cruising speeds and sitting at redlights...it'll do this for a day or two then start overheating at redlights pretty seriously. after messing with everything it dawned on me that with my logger reading 219 i didnt hear my fan running. i checked the fuse and its good, i plugged both the fans back in when i reinstalled the rad. now, i'm looking at hard wiring the fans to be on whenever the car is on. anybody have a link to a how-to for this? i've seen a couple things on here about it, but i'm looking to not have to splice wires, just jump the relays somehow to make it work. i did the "fog lights on with parking lights" jump from vfaq a while back and am hoping to do the same thing for the fans now.

second question. installed my mbc and cant get boost above 10psi. i've adjusted the wastegate a little bit and have managed to get it to spike to 13 or so, but it settles back down to 10-11 still. i've got a forge mbc and its adjusted all the way to the max (tried both settings to the max just to make sure i'm not a tard.) do i just need to adjust the wastegate arm shorter, or should i be looking into getting a new mbc?
