factory 2g upgrades

im just curious which factory 2g parts are good first upgrades onto a 1g car, i already know about the Exh Mani, and the o2 housing, so i was just wondering if there were any more out there?

Just don't trade your 1g BOV (I'd even stay away from aftermarket), everyone likes the 1g's and many people try to find them.

Oh yea, the 2nd gen leather wrapped shift know is a nice replacement ($30 new) and fits like a glove.

Depending on mods, but other 2g stuff you can use are 2g big brakes

You would have to rewire it up to your harness. Im not sure as to wether they sell a plug and play connector for it. Also the 2g pistons are good, they have higher 8.5 compression.

The throttle body elbow is also a good upgrade compared to the 1g bottleneck if you haven't upgraded your UICP yet.

If you use the 2G MAS make sure you have a way to tune the fuel like with an AFC. You will run lean without one. l

Just out of curiosity how much is the 1g bov worth i have a couple extra, and my friend wants to buy one off of me.

i paid $45 for my 1g bov and flanged pipe, than i did some tests one it with pressure and vacuume. and i crushed it.

I thought they had the t-28 factory upgrade..or was it after market by squeezing the bigger parts into a t-25 housing?+

This is a nice size upgrade.

You forgot to add that a ported one works too.
