Extremely Low and Lean Idle

Hey guys. For a while now I've noticed that my car has an idle issue. Every cold start it idles perfect and my wb reads close to 14.7 but once it get closer to operating temps the idle drops to about 200 or even 150 at times and my wb shows insanely lean like 18 or somtimes --- and it feels like the car wants to shut off but it doesn't. Oil pressure also goes down to scary level. On the other hand, about 5% of the time it will idle perfectly fine at 800 and afr's are like 14.9 ish. I checked around for visible leaks in the system but I didn't notice any. And I wanted to add when its having its idle dilemma if I hit the gas and when the rpms's drop back down, rarely it stays at normal idle. What should I look into?

Do you have anything to monitor this with? Dsmlink? Is your o2 sensor working?

First do a real boost leak looking wont tell you anything.

+1 boost leak test first. When did you first encountered this problem did you do anything to your car? Also any cel light?
I personally had a similar issue but it was my front 02 sensor

Video isn't showing up but A log tell a lot more... . Do you have anyway to log? also as said before Doing a BLT Would be a start...

Ok I fixed the video link. I do not have any tuning software at all. I dont think my front o2 is bad because on the highway when cruising steady my afr's stay near 14.8 give or take a few. But would a bad o2 sometimes work and not the other? Like if I hit the gas and do a quick rev upto abour 4k rpm and let it drop, it starts to idle fine about half the time.
