Punctuation is your friend.

You will probably be unable to throw that o2 housing on with the stock downpipe.
If you are going to get an N1 downpipe I have heard that those can be made to work with it. The N1 downpipe eliminates the cat and is therefore illegal by Federal law.
I would get a downpipe from www.roadraceengineering.com They will make one specifically designed to bolt up to the Evo3 o2 housing, and the Apex N1 catback. You can get one short with a test pipe or high flow cat, or a long version that completely eliminates the ability to run a cat.

The evo3 exhaust manifold is also an excellent upgrade, especially if you get it and the o2 housing ported...but I don't know how well this would work with the stock turbo. Based on your mods you need other things like Upper intercooler piping, a BOV, an MBC...etc.
