engine heater water return pipe

So I'm cleaning up my car today when I realize I should probably replace the part shown below:

I noticed its fairly rusty.. not just a light surface rust, but a little more heavily rusted on the surface on places. I have no idea what this part is called and I couldnt find it a mention of the part in my Haynes manual.

I realize this isnt on the radiator itself, but It does come off of tubing from the radiator.

They call that the "engine heater water return pipe." It supplies hot water to a rubber hose that connects to your heater core. The return pipe is connected; they form one unit.

The part number from Mitusbishi is: M04667531; probably 04667531 from Chrysler/Dodge.
