Ok, so my alternator fuse blew and now my fans for the heat/AC doesnt work. Would this just be happening because of the blown alternator fuse or is there a relay or something for the fan that might have gone bad also??

Thanks for the help

Check both your fuseboxes, inside and underhood, there probably is another blown fuse. If not you have a lot of wire tracing and or switch diagnosing to do.

The 100A blown alt fuse would prevent power from getting to the blower from the battery. It still can get power from the alternator however when the engine is running (100A fuse is between alt and battery and this is connected to alt).
