Talon runs normal hit 3k runs like crap then would act normal. Pulled plugs cly 2 smells like gas...doing a leakdown test and checking the wires in a lil hopefully be able to roll out with it soon..pulling the injector as well might be leaking.
Are the plugs gapped correctly? I would check plus and wires, mine did that with plugs not gapped correct
its the head gasket or head. Did a cyl leakage test and when I tested 2 air came out of
3and 1 so back to the drawing board. Pull it and take it in.

Good news and bad news from last week. Good news: I went over to Luis and Alan's and we figured out his problem, it was the fuel injectors. His 1g is running now for the first time in a yearNo too much! My car is running great. I fixed an exhaust leak this morning and I've got a new set of spark plugs (BR7ES) and new axle seal (mine got damaged during the LSD install and has a small leak) on the way. I'm going to swing by and check out Luis's 1g tomorrow and hopefully we will be able to figure out what's going on with it. Then I'm going to the track on Friday to see if I can get used to the LSD ('cause it feels way different then the open diff) and hopefully improve my 60' times.
I finally surpassed the limits of the ACT 2100. I ordered a South Bend TZ/FE disk, South Bend "SS" pressure plate, an ACT Streetlite flywheel (the Kevlar disk doesn't play well with my aluminum Fidanza flywheel), and an OEM throwout bearing and clutch fork.
But the new one should be here in a few days.

....it drives but once it starts booting it slips nasty...stock clutch it was ment for it to give out specially how I drive
..but now Im getting myself a stage 2 and it should be here In a feww days aswell

Not a DSM but still cool! How's the 2g?So guys this is going to me one of my projects that im going to hopefully start sometime next year! My dads old sc300. Its been sitting for almost ten years like this in his garage. He said hes going to fix it but i know thats not gonna happen so im just going to take it into my own hands. It currently has no engine in it but it works out cause i plan on getting a 2jzgte with auto trans(manuals are really rare) and have it as a sleeper DDIts going to be alot of work but worth it i think

The 1g is finally running. We already drove it around the bock. It still needs some work but it will come all together slowly. THANKS a LOT MAN... Another DSM has been saved...
Anyone knows who can port my 2G exhaust manifold and o2 Housing..????

and I was a little tight on cash so I got myself a stage 2 cc clutch its not the best one but its also not the worst one
