ecu question.....help

i bought a replacement ecu for my 92 awd laser 5spd, i was wondering if the guy sent me the wrong year (1990) or an auto tranny ecu. part no# 6260, im pretty sure

Post the whole part number. Should start with MD.

i dont have the whole number with me at the time, but when i can get it i will. i was under the assumption that the last 4 numbers were the ones that differentiate between the years and trannys on dsm ECUs.

ill post the # when i get it guys

Looks like a 91-93 Federal M/T ECU.
