Eclipse tail lights

I was looking at tail lights and the altezza's got my attention.... they are almost all black except the lights. The thing i hate about them is the center light..... looks butt ugly. So is it possible to just put on the left and right but leave the center OEM one. Also would it be possible to paint the center one a different color so it matches car color and leave the left and right or would i have to buy a new center one for the color i want.

u can use your oem one (for the center) and paint it (to what ever color/ color of your car). but i suggest leaving it all oem. but thats just me.

the black altezzas are way better than the clear ones ( less ricey at least but still ricey to me )
Ive thought about smoking my taillights to go with my cars theme but i dont think id put altezzas or anything.
For your 2nd gen if you did it id just keep the stock center piece and ( if not already) paint it the same color as your car
like yall were talking about, putting the whole thing across would be ugly.

Yeah i know it would be ugly thats why i asked ... cause ive seen some cars with the whole thing and it looks so UGLY!

I would highly suggest painting the center section, it looks 100x better. You might even want to consider smoking them out like nightspeed was saying.

I don't like the yellow. And ^^^ are expensive too.

I say leave them stock OEM or paint them smoked.
