Ebay front mount is mounted up.

I bought a 24x12x3 ebay intercooler. I have a 90 gsx. My buddies and I took about 3-4 hours cutting,grinding, cursing,spitting,bleeding, and we finally got it where we all like it. So finish work to do on it yet, i also need to pipe it up, hopefully this week i can do that. The install was honestly pretty straight forward. Ill do sort of a step by step if you want me to. Basically we removed everything off the front of the car. Mocked it up where we wanted it to sit. I made an aluminum bracket that bolts to the intercooler and the headlight mounting brackets, and 2 at the bottom that go the the core support. Once we got the bumper cover on, after cutting the bumper in half basically We cut a "notch" about 13 inches wide and it goes i think just over where the license plate bracket was. We honestly did not half ass the install. I need to go back and clean a few things up, but all in all i am very happy. Thanks Ill post pics soon.

Here are some of the pics.


The front bumper is only held on by 4 bolts. THe bumper skin however has a bunch. We took all the lights off the front, and just under the center piece with the mitsu symbol. There are a bunch of bolts with 10 mm heads. Underneath there are move bolts and some clips near the fog lights. Then there are 2 near the fenders. Then is lifts off.

The intercooler looks really nice on there. I had a guys just bend me 3" piping for the for my intercooler. Just a local exhaust shop that did it for me, did a really nice job, and love the outcome. I like the intercooler though.
