Any meets planned for the future? I see that this thread has been idle for a while. I just moved back to the area and the local import scene seems decent. Seein' a lot of Hondas, a few Evos, and a couple 1Gs and 2Gs in the area. Looked online and the only things I saw were classic car meets and stuff.

I parked m 91 TSI AWD silver/black outside of the Oly REI last week. When I came out next to it was a 91-92 red GSX. I didn't have time to hand around and was just wondering if it is someone off this board?

Oh nice, well at least there's one other DSM enthusiast close to me. Nice 1G btw, mine is an automatic so don't laugh too much. It's hard to find a manual that's not been ratted out. It's got the engine and drivetrain I wanted at least.

This is true, I've see only a handful of DSM the 4 years I've lived here. Vancouver isn't far at all.

Good luck with passing emissions. Just finished parking my Talon, finally got her driving again after fixing a blown head gasket. Let me know whenever you'd like to meet up. I'm interested in meeting some fellow DSM folks.

I'm waiting until 2020 to get new tags on my car. My car wont pass DEQ either, but as of 1/1/2020 washington is done with emissions testing. Oh I cant wait, glad my talon is not my DD.

That really sucks you have to wait that long to drive your car. Glad to hear the state is getting rid of emission testing, not liked it helped at all anyway.
