With all the theft via torrents and eBay, the guys that produced the Backup Manual CD decided to just stop selling direct and just let FP be the distribution channel.

Somebody(s) put them up on scribe and it's past the point where the Manual CD guys care so we have links to both the 1G and 2G FSM under the Tech Menu in DSMFAQs
