Dropzone springs dont lower car?

I bought some new dropzone lowering springs off ebay (i know there cheap, its just for the time being) installed the fronts, and it didnt lower the car!! Im lost, i dont know what to think right now.

i bought dropzone springs about 4 years ago for my old eclipse and it dropped it about 2 inches

How cheap is cheap..Aren't megan racing springs like 110$..I thought that was cheap..
