i was looking into getting the drift kit for my 91 talon. does anyone know how hard it would be to modify it to fit the lights properly? i know the dragon z kit isnt all that hard, and im also considering that kit as well...please let me know if anyone has any info on this. also , which kit do u think is better, drift- or dragon z kit. let me know ...thanks

being the dragun z kit is for 92-94...and the drift kit is for 92-94....and you know the dragun z isnt hard...wouldnt that lead you to beleive the drift isnt hard either? being they take the same modification :thumb:

Personally i dont like the look of huge gaping holes in front bumpers like the drift. but out of the two, the drift is nicer looking. I have a modified dragun z bumper that i changed to my liking ( removed the part on the bottom of the bumper that looks like this

__/`````\___ and made it look like this ___________

LOL sorry for the poor illustration. its now a mix between the drift and dragun z i guess you could say.

As far as your qestion, it takes alittle work, but if you know how hard the dragun z is to make fit, the drift is the same.

thanks for the reply. on andysautosport they have a little section that tells you how to modify the front bumper so it works. all it says is, using any sharp cutting tool, cut off the tab at the top of the kit(where the head light would be im guessing) allowing it to fit properly. thats all it says....sounds easy. but i dont really know. how hard was it to do what you did, modify the dragon kit??? i think im gunna go with the drift, plan on ordering it next week. thanks for the reply.
