I'm planning on finishing upgrading my intake system this week and thinking ahead I'd like to finish my exhaust. Right now I have a 3" Thermal cat back and I would like to get a downpipe and high flow cat. Should I also get a new exaust manifold or wait till I change my turbo? Also, would you recomend for a downpipe and cat to go with my Thermal cat back?

I'd wait on the manifold,.........unless you want to port it. As far as the downpipe........just eliminate the cat with a 3'' dp. People will hear you from miles away ;)

I want to keep the cat if I can, I also don't want it too load if I can help it if I can, although BIG power is a goal so I need to keep that in mind too

DO keep the cat. Too much open flow will cause boost creep issues, your mileage will go to sh*t...

I just looked at the pic at buschur's website and it looks like it doesn't have a flange to bolt up to the cat

3" downpipes and 3" catalytic converters don't usually have flanges. It's a slip-on or clamped install.

Alright, Thanks for the help. Also..... Is there anything else I should do to complete my exhuast package or will I want to wait till I change my turbo? After this is all done I plan on moving to my fuel system (high flow pump, regulator, ingectors, Apex'i Afc) My goal is to have 300 hp by the end of the year.
