Don't know where these connectors go

So I did the 6 bolt swap and I have two wires that aren't connected. One is around where the thermostat housing is and through research I want to say its the knock sensor and the other is next to the air filter?? I will try to post pics if you need them

Pictures will definitely help us diagnose what connectors they are. If you could also get some clear pictures of the colors of the wires it would be a benefit. The knock sensor is on the back of the block, nowhere near the t-stat housing.

Yea theres like four wires by the thermostat housing and theres even more around the air filter so we need pics to help you out bud.

according to that thread it is either the knock sensor or camshaft position sensor, but where does the camshaft position sensor go because i have a 6 bolt engine in there now?

That's a common issue, with the CAS. You've gotta have skipped the "search" part of resolving your issue

If you made the harness then you obviously know where they plug in. The flat end plugs into the actual CAS itself and the other two go to the two plugs back by the fuel return line and ac condensor plug. I believe they one is a triangle shape.

I know all that but according to theat thread it shows the 2g having a cas next to to where the 1g cas is.

It's because Brian's car (snowborder714) is a 97-99 which has a CPS. Your car is a 95 so you don't have one. 95/96 harnesses are different than 97-99.

That article was made using Eric's car (turbosax2).

Your CAS on a '95/'96 will be behind the intake cam gear. The plug will be right next to the CPS.

gotcha hey another question I am going to get a fwd flywheel today how can I tell its FWD and not AWD because im not bringing my AWD one to compare?
Is the 6 bolt and 7 bolt fwd flywheel the same size because I got one of those.
