doesnt run when warm

Hey last night i was driving to the store(5 mins) and on the way back the car just started bucking and backfiring upon acceleration and i barely made it home. Today started up no prob like nothing happened and then 10 mins later it barely idled backfiring, bucking upon acceleration and a/f gauge jumping all over the place engine rpms were also. car was fine smooth upon deceleration with no accelerating then as soon as i hit the gas it spits and pops and jerks all over the place. Again this only happened when the car was warmed up. I recently installed a apexi neo and had no probs for a month until now. At idle the o2 voltage is all over the place and timing is severely advanced any help would be greatly appeciated. Thanks

just took a long drive so im gonna have to set this as an intermitent problem

Check your ingition components. This sounds like what happened to me when my coilpack crapped out.
