Does Anyone Recognize This EPROM Chip?

I recently purchased a 94 Talon TSi AWD and am new to DSM's. I have been trying to figure out all of the car's current modifications. My brother owned the car before me and never knew what was on it from the previous owner. Does anybody recognize the company/who burned this chip? I have looked and researched everything else for hours but cannot find anything on this.

I am trying to fix a significant stutter (rev limit) or possible fuel cut at 6k rpms. To my dismay, I have found several disconnected cut and modded wires (clutch switch etc...). I believe a wire may have come loose when hit by his foot and NLTS is stuck on. Just wondering if NLTS was even an option on this chip?

I will be changing plugs tomorrow morning to rule out that issue. I have done a boost leak test and fixed 2 major leaks (one at the throttle body gasket and a severely cracked boost gauge hose). It still sputters harshly at exactly 6k. Boosting 9-10psi right now until I can fix the issue. Car ran great at 20 psi before this started happening. Hope its not to vague of a question. Open to all opinions :banghead:

Thanks for the input guys. I will try and contact Jeff about getting a new chip burned because that compression ratio seems way high... 10.5:1 or is that mean something else? I went through most of the wires when I pulled the ECU and found a disconnected ground somewhere in there. Sure enough, NO MORE rev limit! I'll have to clean up the wires and redo the clutch wire to get it all working just right but the main problem is fixed.
 
10.5:1 is probably for the open loop fuel map AFR target. That's a pretty common change due to the fact that the stock map targets around 9.5:1 AFR.
 
That's a Stage 3 Keydiver DSMChip with an 8k rev limiter, 6k Clutch cut, 10.5:1 AFR, Phantom Knock removal setup for 680cc injectors, a 3G MAF and 93Octane pump gas.

It need a wire to the clutch switch so it know when the clutch is pushed in for the launch stutterbox and the No Lift to Shift clutch cut.

Turns out one of the previous owners hacked all the clutch wire mods when he decided to install an alarm and remote start. Ill try and finish rewiring it tonight. The wire with diode is there but hacked. Looks like right now the pin is hooked to ground so it thinks the clutch is out all the time and the NLTS limit isn't in effect anymore. does that sound right... no signal = clutch out, signal = clutch in?

Another question kinda about this chip... don't mean to sway off topic or write a novel but I'm limited to where i can post. As most already know, the stock boost gauge currently shows knock sum. On most pulls this thing pegs out at only 4k rpm and only 10psi. FML! It feels like a completely different car. It wouldn't surprise me to see sums around 40 or something ridiculous. I'm sure this could be caused by many things... bad knock sensor, spark, fuel system, bad base timing etc. Any one of those a better place to start or is it a crap shoot without a log? my laptop battery is shot so i can't log right now...

Maybe I'm misreading Jeff's code but I'm pretty sure that on his chips that have NTLS support (what I call a 3 step, because there are three steps to the rev limiter), he first tests the state of the clutch switch and then checks to see if the car is moving. So he has to see that the clutch is pushed in before deciding to use a launch rev limiter, or the clutch cut one.

One chips that don't support NTLS there is no need to look at the CSS so no wire needed. Perhaps that was what you were thinking of.
